About this ride

An elegant e-MTB journey from Mont Blanc to Verbier, designed for those who prefer comfort without giving up the Alpine experience. Scenic trails, a relaxed pace, premium hotels, gourmet meals, and full logistical support. Ride light, arrive refreshed — the perfect adventure for families and friends seeking something truly special.

Indipendent arrival in Courmayeur (private airport transfer available), nestled beneath the south face of Mont Blanc. As the road climbs toward the mountains, the pace of life slows down. You arrive, check in, maybe take a short walk. The air is fresh. You’re here.

Dinner is relaxed, the group is small. Tomorrow, the journey begins

The first ride is gentle. You get to know your e-bike, the terrain, the group.

We explore the trails and balcony roads around Courmayeur, stopping often — because the views of Mont Blanc are too good to rush past.

We ride through alpine villages, across flower-filled meadows, and under glacier-carved cliffs. This is a day to settle in, move your legs, and start seeing things differently.

We return to Courmayeur in the afternoon and enjoy dinner together, already talking about what’s next.

Today, we begin our crossing.

From Courmayeur, the trail leads into the heart of the Aosta Valley — a ride through time and landscape. We flow through larch forests, ride past stone houses and hidden chapels, and follow ancient mule tracks. As we descend toward Aosta, the scenery opens up: vineyards, castles on hilltops, and the soft murmur of the Dora Baltea river in the distance.

We arrive in Aosta in the afternoon — a town that feels both Roman and alpine. There’s time to explore the streets, sip a glass of local wine, and enjoy a free dinner of your choice — we’ll be happy to suggest our favorite places in town.

The landscape changes. The mountains feel closer. We start our climb through the high valley, moving toward the legendary St. Bernard Pass. But this is not a road ride — we follow panoramic trails and hidden routes that wind between pastures and ridges.

At the top, a feeling of space. We’re on the border. From here, we descend gently into Switzerland, where everything feels subtly different: the houses, the smells, the light.

We arrive in the Verbier area, welcomed by a beautiful hotel and a well-deserved dinner.

Today we ride in Verbier, a final chance to explore its trails, its open views over the Val de Bagnes, and the high alpine scenery that makes this place iconic. A relaxed loop, flowy lines, and the kind of panoramas that stay with you.

In the early afternoon, we load the van and the bags and drive back to Aosta for our last night. You’ll check into the hotel, unwind, and enjoy an Italian-style dinner: good food, good wine, and a final evening to enjoy dinner wherever you prefer — with our recommendations if you’d like, before tomorrow’s departure.

After breakfast, it’s time to leave, the bikes are gone, but the stories remain — and so does the feeling: that when you move slowly and with intention, the world opens up in a different way.

Note: This is a suggested itinerary. We'll adapt it to your group, the season and the weather as required.

Technical & Fitness levels

We ask all riders to review the “Technical and Fitness Rating System” to ensure you are confident riding on the level required for the particular rides you are interested in joining!

Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure the ride of interest matches your technical level and fitness prior to booking your ride.

TECHNICAL RATINGS

Novice
You can ride a bike and are happy riding on dirt roads with gentle climbs and descents.

Intermediate
You enjoy riding easy single track that isn’t narrow or technical and you know the basics of body position and how to brake and corner safely. You enjoy riding in the mountains as long as it’s not too exposed or steep. You’d maybe like to learn more to enable you to tackle more technical or narrower trails with roots and rocks.

Intermediate +
You are comfortable riding on narrow single track with some rocks and roots and are able to proactively ride most trails. If the corners are too tight or the trail is too technical you are happy to walk a few meters, but you’d like to work on your skills to help you ride them.

Advanced
You are comfortable riding almost any trail including steep rock sections, tight switch backs, off camber sections, roots, and narrow exposed single track in high mountain terrain. You’ve ridden in the mountains and are not intimidated by sustained, steep descents that include all of these features. You know when it’s better to get off the bike, but don’t have to often.

Pro Bro
You are a professional or sponsored mountain biker, and/or you compete regularly in national or international competitions. You can ride all terrain pro-actively and safely, in any mountain environment or weather conditions.

FITNESS RATINGS

1
You are happy riding for a few hours and are capable of climbing up to 500 vertical meters over the course of a day.

2
You are happy riding for a several hours and are capable of climbing between 500-800 vertical meters over the course of a day. You could ride like this for 2-3 consecutive days.

3
You are capable of riding for multiple days in a row at a moderate pace for several hours each day. You can handle moderately steep climbs of up to around 1000 vertical meters in a day including some pushing or carrying your bike if required. You have ridden at altitude (2000 slm+) previously, and understand the effect it has on you.

4
You are capable of riding for multiple days for an average of 4-6 hours of pedal time each day. You can climb 1000-1500 vertical meters each day including pushing or carrying your bike over long sections (30-60mins) if required. You have ridden at altitudes of over 2000 slm+ previously and are happy doing so, although you may have to go slower and take more breaks.

5
You are capable of riding for multiple days in a row for an average of 6-8 hours each day. You can handle steep, sustained climbs of over 1,500m each day including pushing or carrying your bike over long sections (60mins+) if required. Altitude is no problem to you and you are used to riding at over 2500 slm+.
