## Rider levels

Aosta Valley Freeride uses four rider levels to help guests choose the right trip:

- Novice: Comfortable riding a bike on dirt roads and non-technical terrain.
- Intermediate: Confident on easier singletrack and familiar with basic braking, body position, and cornering.
- Advanced: Comfortable on technical singletrack, steeper terrain, and longer alpine descents.
- Expert: Experienced rider for demanding enduro or freeride terrain and challenging mountain routes.
